Newborns less than a month of age have less immune power so babies may fall ill often. There are some general problems from which your baby gets affected and feel sick. Though babies liver is not strong enough to pass bilirubin through the body, it will take time to cure it on their own. In almost all cases, newborn jaundice goes away on its own within 2 to 3 weeks when baby’s liver begins to develop. However, as a mother, you should monitor your baby to identify whether he/she suffers from Jaundice or other common health problems. Giving enough nutrition through breast milk helps to ease the condition.

3. Diarrhea and Constipation:

Diarrhea and constipation are also common among newborns. If your baby is straining to pass stool, then he/she may be suffering from constipation. It is a common health problem among infants and it can be cured easily. Make sure your baby is hydrated enough to keep away from diarrhea. Moreover, babies often suffer from cough, cold, and fever due to common viral infection and germs. Hence, always watch your little one’s activities and give proper nutrition to keep your baby away from health problems.
